SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Shipping by USPS
Buyers are responsible for providing their own shipping labels. Alternatively, we are able to create shipping labels for you with your preferred "To" and "From" address. (Currently only USPS allows for white-labeled hemp handlers with an approved hemp account to ship green hemp products). We encourage buyers to insure each package according to the value of the hemp products purchased. We provide a copy of our hemp license, notice to legal authority, appropriate COAs inside every package. On the outside of each package there will also be a QR code of the hemp product COA attached. Hemp products shipped are meticulously wrapped in 3 layers of smell-proof packaging, to avoid any unnecessary delays in shipment. In case of lost or stolen packages, buyers take full responsibility for following up on insurance/tracking claims.
Shipping by courier
In case of shipments over 100 lbs, buyers can provide their own courier service or we can suggest courier services we trust and have successfully used before.
Return & Exchange Policy
We ask our buyers to purchase 0.5-1 lb sample of a particular hemp flower first before placing larger orders. You are also welcome to make an appointment with our office to see the flowers in person. During the purchase process of larger orders in person, you are encouraged to take your time and assess each package of flower provided. This will ensure your satisfaction with the product before payment. In case you choose to have your purchased hemp products shipped to you, we will provide you with video proof of all the packages being sent so you can buy our products with confidence.
Due to nature and quality of our products, we are unable to allow returns,nor can we provide a refunds on any of our hemp goods.
